Plain MDF 6 & 9mm

Pine Shutter Ply (C/C+) 18mm

Oak Veneer on 6mm MDF
Oak veneer on MDF is a composite wood product consisting of a real, thin layer of oak wood (the veneer) glued to a stable core of Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF). It offers the attractive, natural wood grain of real oak at a lower cost than solid oak, while the MDF core provides dimensional stability, making it versatile for furniture, cabinetry, and decorative projects. The veneer provides the aesthetic of real wood, which can be stained, varnished, or oiled, while the MDF core allows for easy cutting and shaping.
Plain MDF 6 & 9mm & Marine MDF 18mm
Plain MDF is a general-purpose engineered wood product, while Marine MDF is a specially formulated, moisture-resistant version of MDF. The key difference lies in moisture resistance: plain MDF swells and deteriorates with water exposure, whereas Marine MDF is treated with special adhesives and additives to resist water.
Solid Timber
American Ash
American Ash is a light-colored hardwood from North America known for its excellent shock resistance, toughness, and strength, making it ideal for items like baseball bats, tool handles, furniture, and flooring. It has a typically straight, coarse grain with a uniform texture and works well with tools, steam bending, and finishing. The heartwood can be brown to yellowish, while the sapwood is paler, and common natural characteristics include light brown mineral flecks.
American White Oak
American White Oak is a dense, strong hardwood from Eastern North America known for its light to medium brown heartwood with a straight, pronounced grain and gray flecks, excellent durability, and steam-bending capabilities.It is a versatile and high-quality timber used for flooring, furniture, cabinetry, and barrels due to its abrasion resistance, stability (especially when quartersawn), and ability to accept stains and finishes well.
Kiaat All Brown
Kiaat "All Brown" is an African timber with a heartwood color ranging from golden brown to medium brown, often with reddish or purplish tints, and sometimes featuring irregular reddish streaks. It is a highly stable hardwood known for its durability, excellent workability with both hand and power tools, and good resistance to insects. Its natural luster can range from low to nice, and it finishes, turns, and glues well.
Meranti
Meranti is a group of tropical hardwoods, originating from Southeast Asia, valued for its balance of durability and workability, attractive color range (from pale pink to dark red or yellowish-brown), and coarse, sometimes ribbon-like, grain. While it's a soft to firm hardwood, it is dent-resistant and stable, making it a popular, cost-effective choice for joinery, window frames, cabinetry, and mouldings, though it can have low resistance to shock loads.
Pine Clears
Pine "clears" refers to a high-grade pine timber that is free of knots and other defects, such as excessive checking, discoloration, or resin pockets, offering a uniform and aesthetic appearance. This premium quality makes it ideal for high-end applications like furniture, cabinetry, and interior trim, where a smooth, consistent finish is desired. It's typically a light cream to straw colour with a fine, open, and straight grain, and is significantly easier to work with than knotty pine.
Pine S5
Pine S5 refers to South African (SA) Pine structural timber that has been stress-graded to a strength rating of S5, indicating it meets specific load-bearing requirements for construction. This timber is produced from South African pine and is available in various dimensions, treatments (like CCA for durability), and surface finishes (rough or smooth) for applications such as framing, roofing, and decking.
